System Parameters

Task: Stacking bags of construction mixes onto pallets.

Brief System Description:
The system was developed according to the client’s specific requirements. Various bags of construction mix are delivered to the robot work area via a conveyor system. The conveyor bag transport system consists of several sections, each performing a specific function:

  • Square roller conveyor – for distributing the loose mix inside the bag.
  • Belt conveyor – stabilizes the bag during marking.
  • Roller conveyor – positions the bag for pickup.

Bags delivered via the conveyor system are placed onto pallets using a KUKA robot and a pneumatic mechanical gripper designed by Techvitas Robotika.

The system is designed for continuous operation. An inline Palomat device is used to supply empty pallets to the system, transported via chain conveyors. Stacked pallets are removed through safety curtains.
